We will dispel the misinformation that Mayor Doherty has put forth regarding YOUR safety. The fact that this administration has time and again publicized various numbers in Firefighter staffing illustrates they have no plan. They came up with a final number and now will try and make that number fit a citywide fire protection plan. This type of reverse engineering is down right dangerous. A mayor and former law enforcement officer , Public Safety Director Ray Hayes, now can best determine YOUR safety?  What about the cuts done in the mid 1990's in the fire protection?  The level of staffing was cut 25%.  Now the Mayor is eliminating several neighborhood stations.  DO NOT Support these dangerous cuts.
